Taking its toll
It’s hard to believe how hard a busy day of adjusting is on your body. Actually, today was extremely hectic and now I can hardly walk without looking like and old man.
I guess I have to see what I’m doing different that’s affecting me so much. Well..we are getting busier too, so that might be it.
Anyway, we are spending the Thanksgiving holidays with my family in the north Georgia mountains. I have almost a whole week to recoup and be back in decent shape for Monday.
